ADULT CLASSES

Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or picking a passion back up, our adult classes are all about you — your goals, your expression, your joy. Move with freedom in our dance classes, unwind and create in our art sessions, and rediscover what it feels like to learn, laugh, and glow from the inside out.

Work at the barre and in the center to develop posture, balance, and clean technique, with modifications to suit adult bodies and fitness levels. Expect slow, detailed instruction and a focus on strength and alignment.

Fitted clothing, sturdy heels (or sneakers), knee pads optional.

Learn step-by-step choreography to popular K-Pop tracks, practicing precise movements, dynamic transitions, expressive performance techniques, and maybe even impress your kids — no prior dance experience needed.
