3) Performance Skills

  • Stage presence & mic use
  • Confidence & expression
  • Kids and pre‑teens who love to sing
  • Students in dance/theatre who want stronger vocals for musicals or auditions
  • Beginners welcome, returning singers will be challenged
  • In‑class sharings: Parents may be invited for informal mini‑performances
  • Studio showcases: Optional opportunities throughout the year

Participation is encouraged but never required—we focus on positive experiences.

  • Progress: Singing skills grow little by little! Parents can expect steady improvement in breath control, pitch, tone, and overall confidence as students continue to practice.
  • Voice changes: If your child is approaching or experiencing a voice change, that’s completely normal. We’ll adjust song keys and parts as needed, always keeping the focus on healthy technique.
  • Wellness: Healthy voices matter. If your singer isn’t feeling well, please let them rest at home—vocal rest is an important part of caring for their instrument.
