- 50% deposit to hold your spot (non-refundable)
Security/cleaning deposit may apply for shows/photos
- Sprung dance floors, mirrors, barres (extras on request)
- Bluetooth/AUX sound system
- Basic lighting
- Washrooms, lobby, and spacious change room
- Lobby live video feed of studios
- Wi-Fi + on-site staff during regular hours
- Projector (Graham Studio only)
Popular uses: practice, rehearsals, workshops, showcases, photo/video shoots.
👉 Seating isn’t set up automatically, but we’re glad to provide it if requested.

- Storage between multi-day bookings
👉 Please bring your own photo/video lights or backdrops unless arranged with us.
- Indoor non-marking shoes or bare feet only (no outdoor shoes)
- Tap shoes/rosin only with pre-approval; heels OK in Béjart Studio
- Water only (no food or sticky drinks)
- Leave the studio as you found it
Paperwork & Insurance:
- One-time renter waiver
- $35 annual insurance fee per group (once a year, not per rental)
Public events with music require SOCAN/Re:Sound coverage.
- 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Reschedule with at least 24 hrs’ notice
- Less than 24 hrs: full fee applies (unless we can rebook your slot)
- Free on-site parking
- Arrive up to 10 minutes before booking
- Booking time must include setup & cleanup (extra time can be added if needed)
- Treat the space as your own — clean and welcoming for the next group
- If something breaks, no stress — let us know so we can fix it together
