Studio Policies & Waivers

Spots in our classes are only confirmed once payment is made in full.

Registrations can be done online, by phone, email, or in person.

Unfortunately, we cannot “hold” spots without payment.

DANCE REGISTRATION & INSURANCE FEE

• One-time, annual $35 Dance Insurance fee is required for all dance students, even if already paid on the gymnastics side.
• This fee is not automatically included in the class fee as it is only due annually.
• Coverage Period: Sep 1 to Aug 31 each year.
• This fee is transferred to our insurance provider and is non-refundable.
• Please note: Registrations may be paused until payment is received—thank you so much for your understanding and support in helping us stay in good standing.
• Auto Billing: If we do not hear from you by your first class, your account will be automatically billed for the registration and insurance fee.
• We are a separate business from Rideau Gymnastics, which means the GO fee does not apply to our programs.

Class/session fees are non-refundable once the term begins.

Missed classes cannot be refunded, but if space is available, we may offer a make-up class.

If B.House of Dance has to cancel a class (for example, due to low enrollment or teacher illness), we’ll provide a make-up class or a studio credit toward future programs.

For extended illness or injury (with a doctor’s note), we may arrange a partial credit.

Dance is physical! Please check with a doctor if you/your child have health concerns.

By registering, you confirm that you/your child are physically fit to participate.

We do our best to provide a safe environment, but risks can’t be eliminated completely.

By joining our classes, you understand and agree that:

Dance activities come with risks, and participation is at your own risk.

B.House of Dance, its owners, staff, and instructors are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents.

You release and hold harmless B.House of Dance from any claims or liabilities.

Please keep valuables at home.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We love celebrating our dancers! From time to time, photos and videos may be taken in class or at events.

These may be used on our website, social media, or print materials.

If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know in writing and submit a photo so that we know who they are (for private identification use only).

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or violence.

Respect for teachers, classmates, and staff is a must.

B.House of Dance reserves the right to remove any student or family who doesn’t follow these rules (no refunds given).

If we need to cancel a class due to weather, emergencies, or unexpected events, we’ll notify families by email/social media.

We’ll always try to offer a make-up class or credit, but refunds will not be issued for weather-related closures.

Your personal information is used only for registration and communication.

We never sell or share your info with third parties.
